Accommodations

 Air-conditioned luxury accommodation comprising 51 duplex style bures set amongst tropical lush gardens and only a few steps from the beach and waters edge. 
 

 All bures feature 1 queen size bed & 2 single beds (suitable for 2 adults + 2 children). air conditioning, fridge, drip filter coffee machine and tea making facilities, separate bathrooms, lounge area, overhead fans and spacious verandahs. The family room sleeps up to 8 people with 2 separate bedrooms 2 full size bathrooms and large living area.

Traditional Fijian room touches include a hand woven Fijian mat made on the island of Malolo, hand carved wooden flower bowl, original artwork and sandstone sculptures and luxury bathroom amenities including jasmine and sandalwood soaps, shampoo & conditioner.

Guests can choose from a full hot and cold buffet breakfast featuring cereals, local fresh fruits, juices, breads and pastries, eggs cooked to order, prime bacon and assorted hot dishes, freshly brewed coffee and teas.

Lunch can be a snack from the beach bar or something from our poolside all day dining menu featuring crispy salads, char grilled burgers, gourmet sandwiches, freshly caught fish grilled to your liking, fresh fruit plates and tempting deserts.

Dinner can be a Fijian Lovo Feast, Island BBQ Buffet or All day Dining menu from the poolside Terrace Restaurant or a more intimate meal from the Treetops restaurant featuring an a la Carte menu featuring a Fijian influenced international style menu offering the freshest and best seafood in combination with local produce. All prepared under the supervision of our resident Swiss-Italian Executive Chef.

AIR CONDITIONING
Your bure is individually air conditioned and the temperature can be controlled with the remote control.

ACCOUNTS
For your convenience Malolo Island is a cashless resort. All charges are itemized on your account daily. You may check your account whenever you wish at the reception desk, payments are accepted in Cash, Travelers Check's, Visa card, Mastercard, JCB & American Express.

ACTIVITIES
All non-motorized activities are complimentary. All activities and excursions can be booked through the water sports bure on the beach.

BAR TIMES
The Bar opening times are as follows:

Pool bar 10:00am till 6:00pm
Beach bar 10:00am till 8:00pm
Treetops bar 4:00pm till close

BEACH TOWELS
Complimentary beach towels will be left in your room each night during Turndown Service. Please leave any beach towels you wish exchanged for collection at this time. Please help to preserve the environment by re-using towels when possible.

BOUTIQUE
Our Boutique is open from 8:00am - 10:00pm and contains a full range of products including T- Shirts, Hats, Souvenirs, Sun Creams and Snack items.

CORAL VIEWING
Complimentary coral viewing is available daily dependant on the tides, the departure time will be displayed for you each day at the water sports bure.

CRAB RACING
Every Friday night at 9:00pm our international Crab Race is held in the treetops Bar. Please bring your Fijian dollars to bid for a crab. The winner takes all.

DAY ROOMS
Limited Day use rooms may be available upon checkout for a small charge, please see Reception if you require a day use room.

DEPARTURES
All departing guests will receive a departure confirmation information including details of checkout, payment and transfer details the evening prior to departure.

DIVING
Our diving service is provided by subsurface of Fiji and can be booked through the water sports bure. Please see the attached information.

DRESS CODE - BULA
Feel free to dress casually - Bula Style.  Bare feet are encouraged throughout the Resort. We ask that guests respect local culture and wear a shirt in the Bar and Restaurant at all times.

FACSIMILE
Guests wishing to send facsimile messages may do so by leaving the message with the Reception. A charge of $7 per page will be added to your room account.

FISH FEEDING
Come and see the wonderful array of tropical fish during our fish feeding at the end of the jetty at 10:00am.

HONEYMOON DINNERS
Special honeymoon beach dinners may be booked through the restaurant, please give at least one days notice for your special evening to be arranged.

FROG RACING
Come along and see 10 international frogs vie for the trophy in our weekly frog race, Monday nights. Bring your Fiji dollars with you and bid for your favorite frog.

LAUNDRY
A 24-hour wash and fold Laundry service is available daily. Please fill in the laundry slip and place your clothes in the laundry bag provided. Your laundry bag can be given to the reception or room attendant at any time. We charge $9.90 per bag for the wash and fold service a maximum of 9 items per bag.

MANAGER'S COCKTAIL PARTY
Come and meet the resorts management team each Wednesday evening poolside at 6:00pm and enjoy some Malolo punch.

RECEPTION
Our reception desk is open from 7:00am till late in the evening for any inquiries.

SAFE DEPOSIT
We suggest that any valuables are kept inside the front desk safe during your stay with us. The resort does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to guest's personal equipment or property whilst staying at the resort.

SCUBA DIVING
The Diving Center team welcomes experienced and beginner divers. Please see the Diving Center information sheet for full details and prices.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Birthday dinners, cakes and special beachside dining can be arranged with at least one days notice. Please see the Food and Beverage Supervisor or Executive Chef for all arrangements.

SPORTS EQUIPMENT
Water sports Equipment is available from the Water Sports Center including Windsurfing, snorkeling gear, banana boat rides, canoes & catamarans.

Telephone calls can be made from the reception area calls will be billed to your account.

THEME DINNERS
Tuesday nights feature a special Barbecue Dinner in the Terrace restaurant. On Saturday nights our Fijian Lovo buffet is served on the beach, with traditional Fijian entertainment including music and singing. Theme dinners commence at 7:00pm and cost $29.50 per adult children $14.75

TIPPING
Please feel free to place any tips for staff in the Christmas fund box, which is located on the reception counter.

TOWEL EXCHANGE
Room towels will be replaced daily and beach towels each night during Turndown service. If you would like to help our environment and prefer to use your towel again please hang it on the towel rail and it will not be exchanged.

VOLLEYBALL
All house guests are invited to challenge the Malolo Island staff each evening at 5:00pm on the volleyball court.

WATER
Water is the most precious commodity on an island, Malolo Island has it own fresh water spring which supplies us pure, clean water which is perfectly safe to drink. We ask for your assistance in conserving water & reporting any leaking taps to Reception.
