VATULELE WEDDING CEREMONY
The wedding itself is held on the beach with floral archways that are constructed from island flowers and palm leaves. A small bure with a thatched roof and island flowers is set in the middle to house the altar which is covered in a traditional but personalized decorated piece of tapa cloth (this becomes a gift for the couple to keep). If desired, the couple are welcome to invite their fellow guests of the Resort to attend the wedding ceremony.
The Fijian minister resides on the island and is a Methodist. Catholic or alternative services are available if booked in advance.
